pizza

We love homemade pizza at our place. At least once a week it is the request on the menu.
Here is the recipe I use.

Pizza Crust Dough:
1 1/2 + 3tbl warm water
2 tbl oil
2 tbl sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tbl milk
4 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp quick rising yeast

knead until throughly blended. let rise until double in bulk.
divide into 3 average size pizza pan's or 2 large pan's
let rise for 30-60min.
i like to pre bake the crust so it gets a bit more crunchy .
425 for 5-10 min, just so its browned a bit

then your ready for toppings. this is up to your own imagination.

then back in the oven at 425 for another 15min or so. i take it out once the cheese on top is bubbling, really as long as you take it out before it burns all is good.

  1. We also had pizza last night but I know that yours will have been better!! I used pita bread and that doesn't compare to your pizza crust.
