I went to see "Eat,Pray,Love" last night. I really enjoyed the movie and I found that it was thought provoking to me. I love to take time to search my thoughts and heart.
I think the main theme of this movie is to enjoy life in balance and without guilt. Which is a wonderful idea but not so easy to practise. Figure out what it is that you love and what is important to you and to pursue these things in balance. If you want something to change in your life you need to be a participant. Example: you can't win a lottery if you don't buy a ticket.
What is it that makes you content and happy?
1.Make a happy list.
2.Figure out how to balance it, what are priorities.
3.Go out and get it!
I think I'd like to see that movie!
