Imperfections

I was making pizza crusts today and on one of the pans I did not spread the dough out evenly, creating an area that was thin and broke through after baking. It did not look perfect. I realized I liked the imperfection in the crust. I love that in my family I was taught to appreciate the imperfect things in life.  It makes me smile to think of all the times we choose the imperfect things in life over the perfect.



To me life isn't about finishing first or doing things perfect. I like to focus and grasp onto what is real.
